Here is our schedule to help you plan your week to be able to assist our group classes. You are welcome to just show up a few minutes before class and sign up at the door or feel free to download the “Gym Desk” App and log in electronically. On the rare occasion of a class being canceled that day please check our social media for daily updates.

Try to wear shoes that are comfortable and without too much traction.
